Contractors License Board
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
The Contractors License Board ("Board") is requesting that all interested parties submit comments on the proposed amendment to HAR section 16-77-34, Definition of "Incidental and Supplemental" work. The Board will be discussing suggested language submitted at its January 24, 2025 meeting and requests that interested parties provide suggested language for their consideration by January 10, 2025.

Failure to restore a forfeited license within 60 days after the license expiration date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements. |
